Construction finishing Inspection for real estate Developer

At Inspect Wise, our construction finishing inspection process is designed to help real estate developers deliver high-quality, defect-free units with confidence. Conducted in five structured phases, our inspections begin just before the finishing stage—after the structural work is complete but before final handover.
We provide comprehensive inspection reports covering critical elements such as civil work, flooring, woodwork, windows, plumbing, and electrical systems. These reports enable developers to identify defects early, allowing contractors to correct issues promptly and ensure units meet the highest quality standards.

Our Five-Phase Construction Finishing Inspection Process

Phase-1

After slab shuttering removal and before brickwork, we inspect slab quality, honeycombs, exposed steel, projected concrete, and beam/column alignment.

After plastering (internal & external), we inspect wall hollowness, finishing, and waterproofing.

Phase-4

After putty, flooring, and wiring, we assess putty quality, cracks, flooring installation, hollowness, and wiring gauge/fittings.

Phase-5

Before handover, we conduct a detailed inspection, checking all elements, water seepage using IR technology, and final finishes.
